SWT1262
The Trane SWT1262 is an Auto-Reset Limit Switch designed for use in HVAC Equipment to protect the Equipment against Overheating. It works like the safety thermostat of your home, it will always alert you when it is too hot. The switch isolates the compressor from the power supply when the temperature gets to the set level, 280°F. If the temperature drops below a safe level of 250°F, then the switch resets and turns on the system once more. This safety feature protects compressors from seizing and also increases the longevity of HVAC systems. It has available board or surface mounting and is easy to install, for electric connection, quick-connect terminals are used.
