Trane RLY3211 Start Relay 240V 50Amp

The Trane RLY3211 is a 240V, 50Amp start relay for use in HVAC systems. The relay is a powerful switch that momentarily energizes the starting winding of the compressor motor. It gives the extra kick that gets over the initial inertia and gets the motor humming. After a certain speed, when the relay is engaged, the motor runs smoothly on main winding but once the relay disengage the motor should run smoothly on main winding. This eliminates chance of incomplete startup of the HVAC system equipment and results in it running smoothly.
