The Carrier 23XR660003 Oil Filter Kit is a maintenance part of Carrier HVAC systems that have lubricated parts. This kit comprises a pleated filter element which has a length of 11 and a diameter of 1.75 inches, and three o-rings of different sizes, 2.5 inches, 1.25 inches and 0.5 inches to ensure that they fit tightly. The filter element it has the peculiar shape of a pleated wall to provide more surface area for trapping such impurities as dirt and metal shavings that are traffic in the oil.
