Honeywell T631C1046 SPDT Differential Air Switch 20-60°C 1.7°F

The Honeywell T631C1046 Single pole Double throw Air Switch for use in HVAC system applications. The switch works on the thermal expansion, where a bimetallic element within the switch reacts to change in temperature. The bimetallic element bends at the setpoint 20°C or 60°C, physically switching the electrical contacts. It can activate or deactivate fans, compressors, heating elements, many different functions of the HVAC system. The 1.7°F differential is sufficient to provide a precise and consistent temperature response with minimal unnecessary cycling and maximum system efficiency.
