The Daikin-McQuay 2018449 is a heavy-duty compressor intended for commercial and industrial air conditioning applications. It combines R410A refrigerant and 460-volt three-phase power to effectively chill big areas. This compressor draws in low-pressure refrigerant gas, compresses it to increase its temperature and pressure, and then sends it to the condenser. After releasing heat into the surrounding air, the hot, high-pressure gas cools down and re-enters the compressor as a liquid to complete the cycle. For this compressor to function, low-pressure refrigerant gas must be drawn in, compressed to high pressure and temperature, and then pumped to the condenser coil. Heat is taken out of the system's air through the cooling effect produced by this cycle.
