The Rheem-Ruud 611052 1Ton Thermal Expansion Valve is an essentialpart of HVAC systems, especially in air conditioning systems and heat pump systems that use R-410A refrigerant. The function of this thermal expansion valve is to regulate the movement of the coolant with a high degree of precision to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and performance. It has a 30” capillary tube length and an 18” equalizer tube length and it allows for precise control of the amount of coolant being supplied.
