The Trane MOT13121 is one of the constant torque motors that play a critical role in HVAC units that will help deliver consistent airflow for heating and cooling systems. While normal motors reduce their speed when load increases, constant torque motor has a constant speed even when the airflow resistance is high. This characteristic is mandatory for running blower fans in air-handlers and furnaces.
