The Conbraco Industries 19-KJHA-200 is a safety relief valve intended for use in high-pressure steam systems. It prevents the system from exceeding its pressure limit by automatically releasing any excess steam. The valve is capable of handling steam pressures up to 200 pounds per square inch and features a 2-inch input and a 2.5-inch female exit. Additionally, it can produce 14,170 pounds of steam per hour. Because the 19-KJHA-200 is a pilot-operated pressure relief valve, the main valve is controlled by a tiny internal pilot valve. The pilot valve opens when the system pressure exceeds the set threshold. This permits the main valve to open and evacuate steam until the pressure falls below the predetermined level.
