Carrier 58MV660003 is a 1-horsepower Electronically Commutated Motor used in different Carrier HVAC products. The ECM is different from traditional AC motors as it comprises permanent magnets together with speed control for better and low-noise operations. This is a direct drive blower motor that is mounted directly to the furnace blower fan. It works on 120/240 volts AC, and its frequency is 60 Hz, the motor rotates at 1050 RPMs. The motor is reversible and can be turned on either clockwise or counterclockwise based on the needs of the user.
