Honeywell V8944C1017 1" 2-Stage LP Diaphragm Gas Valve

Honeywell V8944C1017 is a 1-inch, and two-stage diaphragm type gas valve suitable for low-pressure applications. Often this valve is installed in HVAC systems such as furnaces, boilers, and water heaters. It works with a diaphragm which is regulated by the signals coming from the thermostat or any other controlling parts. In this case, the diaphragm controls the opening and closing of the gas supply to the burner hence controlling the amount of heating being produced. This 2-stage operation increases efficiency and comfort by allowing the system to turn down the heating to match the heat requirement instead of overheating before turning it down.
