The Lochinvar & A.O. Smith 100291049 Temperature Sensor Assembly is a sensing part that is found in HVAC systems to measure the temperature of the fluid and feed the system control circuit. It is placed in the selected sensing port or water pathway, and it measures the temperature variation by the use of a thermistor element which varies the electrical resistance depending on the amount of heat, and works using SA-10K thermistor properties with a resistance of about 10K ohms per 2-channel to 4-channel control setup.
