The Sporlan Controls 903084 is a 1/2-inch Outside Diameter Female (ODF) head pressure control valve that is specifically developed for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It serves as an essential safety measure, controlling the head pressure, that is, the pressure on the compressor's discharge side to preserve system efficiency and avert possible harm. A sensor that continuously measures the head pressure in the system is included inside the valve.
