Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 060819 Accumulator A-AS384

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 060819 Accumulator A-AS384 is a suction accumulator used to eliminate liquid refrigerant from entering the suction line and thereby protect the refrigeration system from damage. Maximum working pressure is 300 PSI with 1/2 inch connection size and with a diameter of 3 inches, it effectively controls the refrigerant flow in systems that use CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants. This accumulator minimizes system unreliability due to liquid slugging and therefore increases the life of the compressor. Due to its highly resistant construction, it can operate in temperatures between +40°F and -40°F which makes it appropriate in a variety of uses in HVAC systems.
