Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 053106 Solenoid Valve 3/8" Sweat

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 053106 Solenoid Valve is intended for HVAC systems. It has a 5/8” SWT coupling and works through the opening and closing of a solenoid to regulate the flow of fluid. When energized, the solenoid opens and lets the fluid flow through it. When de-energized the solenoid collapses, which prevents the flow of fluid through the valve. This valve provides better control of the flow of fluids and hence is ideal in the management of HVAC systems such as chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
