The Lennox 60M35 is a pressure switch for high altitude use in Lennox HVAC equipment used in areas of higher altitude. Unlike other pressure switches that are fixed at a certain sea level pressure, this switch can vary the pressure at which it activates depending on the altitude. At this 3level of pressure the switch orders an electrical reaction within the electrical circuit. This response can cut off the compressor in order not to break down due to low pressure, or turn on an alarm light to show there is an issue.
