The Trane SWT1275 is a 3" Thermal Limit Switch, is used for HVAC systems to avoid overheating. Essentially, it can be described as an emergency regulator that ceases the system’s operation as soon as it perceives temperatures of 135°F and resumes its operations when temperatures dive down to 105°F. This assists avoid overheating the equipment which can easily be damaged. This switch is ideal for board or surface mounting and has a working life of 100000 switching cycles.
