Century Motors FD6000A 1/2-1/6HP Motor 1075 RPM 208-230V/1PH

The Century Motors FD6000A single-phase, fractional horsepower motor is to be used on most small appliances and HVAC systems. This motor runs at 1075 RPM and provides a power output of 1/2 to 1/6 horsepower hence it can handle different loads. It uses 208-230 volts and is intended for single-phase power supply. This motor functions on the concept of electromagnetic theory in that electrical energy is converted to mechanical energy. In this case on supply of power, an electromagnetic field is created in the motor where the rotor interacts and moves rotationally. This rotation motion can in turn be used to run other parts of HVAC systems which include the blower fans, condensate pumps as well as small compressor systems.
